Maddy Carroll is a twenty-two year old writer, singer, and occasional piano tuner from just outside of Boston. She recently graduated from Ithaca College and is living at home to gather her bearings and make some cash money in preparation for the next apocalypse. During her free time she likes to play with her cat, write, and most importantly, head to her local basketball court where she destroys 12-year olds in multiple rounds of 1v1 in order to satisfy an age-old dream of being the first woman in the NBA. During The Great Vegan Boom of 2019, women under the age of thirty ditched the dairy, surviving on vibrators and avocado toast alone. In search of the tastiest milk alternative, they turned to rice, soy, almonds, and coconuts until esteemed ex-POTUS, Oprah Winfrey, turned to oats.
