There are mountains of GOP sponsored legislation targeting transgender youth currently being proposed or that have already passed recently. Just about every red state in the nation has proposed a bill to not allow students born male (cis male) to participate in girl’s school sporting events. The goal is to criminalize parents, doctors, teachers, health insurance companies, and everyone who is not vehemently opposed to a cis male using a pronoun other than he/him.
