Our mental health affects us all. Unfortunately, your mental health can have a detrimental effect on our targets and more importantly, our profits.
Here at Crushing Spirits Ltd, we take our staff’s well-being very seriously.
We’ve listened to our employees and starting next month there will be pizza and drinks provided at 7 am on the last Wednesday of every month to just unwind and process the day. You might even make some new friends!
We have appointed several mental health representatives, who were so eager to volunteer we didn’t even get to ask the other members of staff. I’m sure with their thirst for gossip and quest for power these non-qualified representatives will be the best ambassadors for you to confide in at your most vulnerable.
Crushing Spirits Ltd does not just stop there, a mental health day can now be taken by each employee! This bonus day is in addition to the government-enforced holidays we are obligated to provide. To take this holiday all you have to do is give your team leader 14 days’ notice and if you are ahead on all your tasks and there is no conflict with our daily meeting you can have a day doing whatever you need to help you unwind.
Remember to take care of your mental health as well as your physical health! If anyone ever needs to talk please do not hesitate to reach out and speak to us (well, not really because we’re not actually friends).
